| SAPAC | What does U mean? This is not Zsp. I agree that this should be a drop-down menu to select standard HISPID values (I recommended it). Changing the interface is easy. However most herbaria are not providing standard HISPID values - e.g. ssp ssp. subsp subsp. - so need some work to edit and standardize them. |

7 Amend: If any of the level 1 options ( tick boxes) are selected, then the other level 1 options, and the tick boxes below them should not be selected. Example: if (Display in Browser (in html table format) is selected why are the tick boxes ""HTML"" and the ""Download File"" tick boxes selected?

Display in Browser (in html table format)
SAPAC - Don't really see the need for it but it could be added.Display HTML in browser is not exactly the same as download file in HTML. There are different limits set for maximum number of records allowed between displaying HTML in browser and downloading as HTML file. Browsers will barf if HTML file is too big but it can be directly downloaded and saved OK.

8. Comment / Amend: The ""Display in Browser (in html table format)"" is the same as clicking ""Output to Data File"" and selecting ""HTML"". The only difference with selecting ""output to data file"" - ""HTML"" allows the user to save the data. Could you have a tick box / button allowing you to save any of the output formats therefore simplifying the output procedure. 5.Amend: User should be able to click on text and the tick boxes should toggle on and off. At the moment user has to click directly into ""tick boxes"".

So the user knows that there are links and can easily see them. It took me some time to find these links. Do this to all pages web interfaced pages?

21 Search boxes should not be case sensitive

22. When typing in a long name into a search box, Example: Conospermum you cannot see the whole name
Amend, create bigger (longer) boxex if possible . Check box size for all boxes on Extended Search pages 1-5 as well

23. Some of the text on the query page is on the righht hand side of the boxes and some is on the left e.g. On page 1, the Determination date is on the right of the box and on page 2. the Altitude is on the left of the box.
